Connie Arrigo, a longtime fixture at the Orange County Performing Arts Center (now the Segerstrom Center for the Arts) until she was laid off on January 14, 2009, died on Monday. Connie was the first person that incoming artists encountered when they entered the building's stage door on Avenue of the Arts.
